We are very pleased to invite Javier Adams to our team as Sous Chef.
Javier joins us after training and working in Spain, and more recently Sydney, before moving to New Zealand.
Javier has a diverse and professional background in the culinary arts, and has been specialising in Foraged foods, and Local Fresh Produce Menu Design.
He will be showcasing new dishes using seafood, sea greens, herbs, and seasonal produce, and bringing in a 'taste of the peninsula'.
